Strongbow, LLC is a Denver based full service commercial real estate company with affiliates specializing in residential brokerage and property management services. Founded in 2001 by Greg Chicota and C.H. Meili, all Strongbow affiliates strive to provide expertise and services at the highest level of professionalism. What this means to our clients, is that the most sophisticated user of commercial real estate and the first time homebuyer alike can expect the same level of service from whichever Strongbow affiliate they may be working with. Strongbow has a guiding philosophy of combining the strength of proven experience with a forward thinking approach to all real estate investments. It is not Strongbow's goal to simply increase deal volume, but rather to build and maintain relationships with quality clients.

Greg Chicota is a managing member and cofounder of Strongbow, LLC. Mr. Chicota has over 10 years experience in commercial real estate.

Prior to bringing his expertise to Strongbow, Mr. Chicota worked for such companies as MJC Development, FM Hall Construction, Credit Suisse/First Boston, ProLogis and Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career Mr. Chicota has gained experience in development, financing, tenant representation, asset management, financial analysis, investment analysis, acquisitions, dispositions and construction management.

Mr. Chicota is a graduate of Colorado State University and earned a Masters Degree from the University of Denver in Real Estate and Construction Management. Mr. Chicota is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.

C.H. Meili is a managing member and cofounder of Strongbow, LLC. Mr. Meili has over twelve years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, property acquisition and disposition, debt restructuring, and new construction development. Mr. Meili also is an expert in all commercial product types with demonstrated skill in office, retail and industrial acquisitions, value added opportunities, and asset dispositions. Mr. Meili has closed over 100 transactions, exceeding $500 million in volume.

Mr. Meili began his career in Denver in 1989 specializing in loan workouts and debt restructuring of troubled real estate. Throughout the early 1990's, Mr. Meili actively participated in management, dissolution and disposition of several financial institution second tier subsidiaries. In 1994, Mr. Meili was retained by the Kuwait Investment Organization in Atlanta, Georgia to manage and dispose of a $175 million dollar portfolio of Industrial, retail and CBD Office assets. In late 1998, Mr. Meili relocated back to Denver to manage a similar portfolio of assets for Credit Suisse/First Boston before co founding Strongbow.

Mr. Meili has a Masters of Business Administration - Finance from the Michael J. Coles School of Business, Kennesaw State University and a B.S. Finance from Arizona State University. Mr. Meili also is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.

Kevin Good is a managing member of Strongbow, LLC. Mr. Good helped to establish, and currently manages Strongbow Residential. Mr. Good has extensive experience in residential transactions, property management, property valuation and investment analysis. Mr. Good is a graduate of Colorado State University and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado for seven years.

Prior to managing Strongbow Residential, Mr. Good worked in the estate planning industry, providing services such as estate evaluations, estate and trust analysis, appraising and estate settlement and the liquidation of real estate assets. Mr. Good also gained experience in property valuation, investment analysis and property management during his tenure at Wisdom Trust Properties. During his time as a real estate broker with Century 21^® Mr. Good marketed and closed residential listings and small business opportunities, prepared market analysis, and provided relocation services for various clients.
